Do not use:

Ifyou are allergic to Diphenhydramine or any of the other ingredients of Dual Action Chesty Cough Relief.
Ifyou are breast-feeding or ifyou have liver or kidney problems.
Ifyou are taking medicines for depression such as tranylcypromine, phenelzine or isocarboxazid or within 14 days of stopping taking these medicines.
