Seven in One Rubbing Oil is applied to the skin to relieve muscular pain and stiffness associated with backache, sciatica, lumbago, fibrositis and rheumatism. The active ingredients reduce inflammation and have a mild anaesthetic (numbing) effect.

Do not use Seven in One Rubbing Oil :

• If you are allergic to Methyl Salicylate or any other ingredients. (See section 6 for full list of ingredients)
• If you are allergic to painkillers such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and other NSAID's.
• If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Take special care:

• If you are asthmatic.

Seven in One Rubbing Oil is a topical solution for external use only.

Adults and children over 12 years: Apply to the affected area and rub in gently as required, up to three times a day.

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Do not use on broken skin.
