For oral use.

Turn the container upside down and twist the lid slowly to dispense one pillule into the cap. Tip the pillule into your mouth without touching it.

Do not take within 15 minutes of eating or drinking.

Adults and the elderly

One pillule to be sucked 10 minutes before retiring to bed.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

For consumers unable to suck the pillule, it may be crushed or dissolved in half a teaspoonful of previously boiled, cooled water and then administered.

This product is not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
